[ Tifa looks sweaty. Like, super sweaty. Her hair's pulled back into a messy bun to keep it up off her neck, and she's not even wearing her usual work uniform of leather duster and vest, instead opting for something a little more breathable.

She also looks extremely apologetic. ]

To the patrons of the Seventh Heaven in Edge — I'm really sorry, but the air conditioning still doesn't seem to be working. I'm not a very good mechanic, though, so I can't seem to get it fixed...

[ ie: kicking it into submission didn't help oops ]

So until the problem's fixed, it's buy one, get one, on iced beverages and cold to go food, from open 'til close. Feel free to stop by for a cold one!

[This has gone on long enough.

Marlene was nice enough in her first letter to the WRO, and they said they would do their hardest to get things done in a timely fashion. She expected updates, she expected results!!

Clearly they didn't take her seriously.

She marches past Tifa, grabbing her crayons and paper.] I think another letter is in order, Tifa.

[ Tifa looks up from her phone, a little surprised, but in a fond way. She smiles as she sets it aside, resting her elbows on the counter as she watches Marlene work. ] Really? I thought they responded to you last time.

[narrating]

They did! [She climbs up onto the seat at the counter, making sure everything's arranged properly and she's seated comfortably.]

But the turn-around for this problem has been unacceptable. [She's been learning new words. She's quite pleased with herself.]

[He might have offered himself, just to be of help, but while the other has shown him quite a bit about bike maintenance and repairing them by now, he doesn't feel confident enough.]
